We Design and Install Exhaust Fan Systems for Santa Clarita and San Fernando
Exhaust Fans for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements, Attics, Garages and Crawlspace
Bathroom Exhaust Fans
Bathroom Exhaust Fans can be installed to remove both odors from water closets, as well at the steam produced by showers, bathtubs, or indoor jacuzzi. They are available in both traditional ceiling mount type (see photo), or the newer remote in-line type (see photo).
Both types of fans are now available in low sound models. The remote in-line fan can be designed for virtually silent operation. By installing this fan far from the intake grille, mechanical noise can be eliminated. There is also the added benefit of being able to use a custom architectural grille at the point of intake, instead of the standard plastic grille, when using the remote type fan.
Kitchen Exhaust Fans
Kitchen Exhaust Fans are those typically connected to your Kitchen Hood. They are available in the standard hood-mount type, as well as a remote type fan. These exhaust fans can be sized to properly ventilate even the large commercial stoves/ovens that are becoming more common in homes these days. The remote type fans, can be located away from the hood, reducing sound levels while still providing proper ventilation. Remote fans can be installed on roofs, at walls, or located in attics to eliminate seeing an exterior fan. If you have a problem with cooking odors and smoke in your kitchen, we can provide a solution.
Crawlspace and Basement Exhaust Fans
Crawlspace / Basement Exhaust Fans are generally used to remove moist, high humidity air from these areas. They can aid in removal of fumes and odors. These fans are used quite often when there are moisture problems below the floor areas, making hardwood floors buckle-cup-warp. By removing the moist air from the crawlspace, and introducing fresh air from the outside, they also help alleviate mold growth or radon accumulation.
Attic and Garage Exhaust Fans
Attic and Garage Exhaust Fans are also available to remove warm air and fumes from these areas. They can be installed in either wall mount, roof mount, or remote in-line. Lowering the attic temperatures can be better for items stored above the ceiling, and can translate into less heat transferred into the living space below. Saving money on cooling bills.
